1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Atlas Innovative Systems ("AIS", "we", "us", "our") website, platforms, or any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. Use of AIS border management platforms, identity verification systems, and related government technology solutions is additionally governed by specific contractual agreements between AIS and the relevant government client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.
2. Services Description
Atlas Innovative Systems provides integrated border management technology solutions, including but not limited to:
- Advance Passenger Information / Passenger Name Record (API/PNR) processing and risk targeting systems.
- Automated Biometric Identification Systems (ABIS) and biometric watchlist management.
- Seamless traveler journey solutions including e-gates, kiosks, and mobile processing.
- Command and control platforms for border surveillance and operational coordination.
- Enterprise management systems including visa processing, permits, and revenue collection.
- AI and cybersecurity training through the AIS Academy program.
- Custom software development through our Software Factory.
- Research and development services in border technology and artificial intelligence.
All services are provided on a business-to-government (B2G) or business-to-business (B2B) basis. AIS does not provide direct consumer services. The scope, specifications, and service levels for each engagement are defined in the applicable Master Service Agreement or Statement of Work between AIS and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, software, designs, logos, trademarks, trade names, and proprietary technologies displayed on or made available through our website and platforms are the exclusive property of Atlas Innovative Systems or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws.
- Website Content: All text, graphics, images, videos, and other content on this website may not be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written consent from AIS.
- Platform Software: AIS platform software, including all source code, object code, algorithms, and system architectures, is proprietary and confidential. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly is strictly prohibited.
- Technology Transfer: Where AIS agreements include technology transfer provisions, intellectual property rights are transferred in accordance with the specific terms of the applicable government contract and Public-Private Partnership agreement.
- Trademarks: "Atlas Innovative Systems", "AIS", and associated logos are registered trademarks. Use of these marks without written authorization is prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- AIS provides this website and its content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- AIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our website or services, even if AIS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- AIS's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the use of this website shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the website during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- The foregoing limitations do not apply to liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Liability provisions related to operational border management services, biometric processing, and government platform deployments are governed exclusively by the terms of the relevant service agreement and not by these website Terms of Service.
5. Confidentiality
Given the sensitive nature of border security and national defense technologies, confidentiality is paramount to our operations:
- Confidential Information: Any non-public information disclosed by AIS, including technical specifications, system architectures, pricing, business strategies, and client information, is considered confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.
- Non-Disclosure Obligations: Parties engaging with AIS for demonstrations, evaluations, or consultations may be required to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to receiving access to confidential materials.
- Security Classification: Certain information related to government border management systems may be subject to national security classification. Handling of such information is governed by the applicable national security regulations of the relevant jurisdiction.
- Duration: Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement and remain in effect for a period of five (5) years from the date of disclosure, or indefinitely for trade secrets.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal Courts of Ethiopia in Addis Ababa.
- Arbitration: For contractual disputes exceeding USD 500,000, AIS may elect to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration administered in Addis Ababa in accordance with Ethiopian arbitration law. Proceedings shall be conducted in English.
- Government Contracts: Where services are provided under government contracts, the governing law and dispute resolution mechanism specified in the applicable government agreement shall take precedence over this section.
- Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in your use of our website and services, including but not limited to export control regulations, sanctions, and anti-corruption laws.
7. Modifications
AIS reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this website.

- For registered users or active clients, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant changes via email or through our platforms.
